We will try to deliver within 7-14 days of receipt of order (allow extra where cheque needs clearance). Please let us know if your order is urgent as it may be possible to dispatch orders earlier than this. Any delay will be notified to you immediately via email.

We will contact you either by phone or email to arrange a convenient delivery time. If the date is not convenient for you please call us immediately on 07747 767104 to arrange a different date. You may also include any special instructions, (e.g. if you will be away during certain dates) on the order form.

If we do not hear to the contrary, the goods will be delivered on the date stated on the email. Should the carriers need to return the goods to us, you will be charged for the return carriage and for a second delivery.

Deliveries can only be made to a full postal address. A signature is normally needed on receipt of goods but provided clear written signed instructions are left on your door, the carriers will leave the goods at your risk.

Please check goods carefully before signing to say you have received them. If the packaging has been damaged please take extra care to check goods. Goods that have been signed for as being received in good condition, cannot be exchanged should you later claim they are damaged or have parts missing.

Postage is quoted at source and there are no hidden extras.

Payments

To pay by Cheque/Cash or Postal Order, please send the cost of your order, including postage, to THE HELLENIC TRADING COMPANY LTD together with the order to Hellenic Trading, PO Box 43, Seaton, EX12 3WX. Please make cheques payable to the Hellenic Trading Company Ltd.

Refunds/Exchanges

Any faulty product will be exchanged or refunded provided it has not been damaged by the recipient. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of their receipt, though return costs must be met. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, providing these conditions have been met.

NB: dimensions and weights may vary slightly as these products are hand made. Remember these products are made from a natural product and colours may vary according to the age and source of the timber.

Please check dimensions and colours carefully before ordering, as barrels and planters that are ordered with holes and/or woodstained cannot be exchanged or payment refunded.

Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.
